What kinds of life insurance should I have?

Auto  insurance  IMPROVE every 6 months without crashes/seats? wtf!?
I'll be 17 in July and immediately after will soon be learning how to push. My father said he will get me a-car for my birthday. I enjoy this type of a mini that is classic and those I have been taking a look at are going for around 640+ but I am prepared to spend about 1000 (why not a bit! I'm aware that Classic Minis are currently going up in value. Will this be described as a superior automobile to get a new driver??
